Most of AU works away from head office. Engineers are in branches, in shops, in cash centers and on the road between them, which means colleagues can spend a year solving the same problems without meeting.
The annual iftar exists to correct that. Teams come in from the branches and service centers across the Kingdom and sit at the same tables as the people who answer their calls.
